The Facilities Department

The Facilities Department at OCH consists of 3 departments: Maintenance, Couriers and Security. These departments take care of the main facility and all of our off sites: Albion Walk-In Clinic, Medina and Batavia Dialysis, Community Partners, Foundation and 524 Eagle Street. They make sure that all of our sites are compliant with regulatory agencies; they also do repairs, do preventive maintenance, work on renovation projects, and are NYS Licensed Security Guards. Some of their other duties include (but not all of them): Emergency power procedures and generator operations, snow removal, moving office equipment and records, maintenance of fire alarm systems, etc. This department also takes on a project every year to help the residents in “North Wing”. They consider them part of our “family” and donate money for special projects. Past projects include: a fireplace, a security system and a television. THANK YOU for all you do!
