Orleans Community Health is in search of a Nurse Practitioner for Orleans Community Health’s Albion Walk-In Healthcare Center, located in Albion, NY.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner must have graduated from an accredited school of medicine. A current license to practice medicine in the State of New York is required. A current DEA license is required. A minimum of two years as a practicing practitioner is preferred. Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Medicaid, Medicare, and insurances. Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Orleans Community Health’s Medical Staff Bylaws.

About Us

Orleans Community Health is comprised of Medina Memorial Hospital, (a designated Critical Access Hospital), Renal Dialysis Centers located in Medina and Batavia, NY, Primary and Walk-In Clinic in Albion, NY, a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Home, Outpatient, and Ambulatory Services, and Community Partners Wellness Center.  We are always looking for positive, dependable, caring individuals to join our team!
