Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: FNP|NP|PA
Orleans Community Health’s, Albion Healthcare Center is in search of a competent and compassionate Clinical Practitioner to support our Albion Healthcare Center, located in Albion, New York. We are committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality patient-centered care to improve the overall quality of the lives of our patients. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will provide care for approximately 12-20 patients per day, age pediatric through adult. This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours/week. Shift and Status
Full Time; (4) 10-hour shifts per week, No holidays
The Clinical Practitioner is responsible for the coordination and oversight of medical care and the quality of medical services provided to patients at the Healthcare Center. The Clinical Practitioner will ensure the proper functioning of day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Center in coordination with other clinical staff, to provide consistent quality of care to patients and ensure medical needs are met of all clinic patients on Walk-In Care, Primary Care, and Occupational Health of the Healthcare Center.
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine is required
A current license to practice medicine in the State of New York is required
A current DEA license is required
Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Medicaid, Medicare, and insurances
Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Orleans Community Health’s Medical Staff Bylaws
Prefer a minimum of two years as a practicing practitioner
