About Minnie:

Minnie Clark received her AAS in Nursing from Niagara Community College, BSN from The College at Brockport, SUNY, and Masters in Nursing from Daemen College. Minnie is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Minnie has been with Orleans Community Health for over 16 years in which she has gained invaluable nursing experience by working in the intensive care unit and medical-surgical unit. During her career, not only did she develop a passion for delivering high-quality, comprehensive care with a focus on preventative medicine, but she also earned her master’s degree as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.

Minnie, as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), focuses on promoting and sustaining health in the community and workplace, with particular emphasis on culturally diverse and high-risk populations. AGPCNPs assess and manage the health care of adolescents, adults, and older adults with common acute and multiple chronic conditions. AGPCNPs emphasizes health promotion and maintenance in all patient interactions.

Minnie was born and raised in Orleans County and has dedicated her career here in Orleans County. In her spare time, Minnie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Robert, three children, and two grandchildren.
