Memorial Ornaments are $10 each.

Please be sure to write in who the ornament(s) are in memory of.

For an additional $5, we will ship (1) ornament.  For shipping multiple ornaments, it is an additional $8 to your total.

Ornaments will be displayed on the tree in Medina Memorial Hospital’s lobby until 1/2.

Ornaments will be available for pick-up on Monday, January 6 or Thursday, January 9 from 8am-4pm.
