Activities Aide – Per diem

Provide daily scheduled activities to residents of RHCF and document attendance under guidance of director. To conduct assigned 1:1 activities and documenting said activity in resident chart. High School Diploma. Valid/Clean New York State Driver’s License

Admissions Processor – Part time and Per Diem

Will be responsible for the registration of patients and processing/resolution of registration reports and edits; requires a drive for helping people; an extremely high level of organization, with the ability to prioritize on a daily basis; demonstrates professionalism in both dress and speech, along with proper phone etiquette and positive attitude; is proactive, has the ability to think ahead, and solve problems.Keyboard experience (40-60 wpm).High school diploma; supplemented with one (1) year of related medical office experience.Successful completion of an accredited medical office training program may be substituted for the required one (1) year medical office experience.

Ambulatory Patient Representative – Part time

Ambulatory Patient Representative’s primary duties will consist of check in/out procedures for patients on multiple provider’s schedules, collection, verification and system entry of patient and insurance information, distribution of data, collection of copays, scheduling of all necessary testing, obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, telephone triage and appointment scheduling.

Clinical Technician 1 – FT, PD

The Clinical Technician is responsible for assisting with the administration of direct patient care and related duties including some technical skills such as electrocardiograms (EKGs) and phlebotomy, vital signs monitoring and assisting with various procedures under the direct supervision of the Provider. The Clinical Technician works with various patient populations such as pediatric, childbearing, and geriatric.

CNA – Part time and Per Diem – Residential Health Care

Shall be listed in the NYS RHCF Nurse Aide Registry (Chapter 717 of the Laws of 1989 Amends Public Health Law #2803-J). High school graduate or GED diploma. Any other requirements of the NYS Department of Health. CPR certification, or will obtain within six(6) months of employment.

CNA/PCT – Med/Surg – Part time and Per Diem

Shall be listed in the NYS RHCF Nurse Aide Registry (Chapter 717 of the Laws of 1989 Amends Public Health Law #2803-J). High school graduate or GED diploma. Any other requirements of the NYS Department of Health. CPR certification, or will obtain within six(6) months of employment. Telemetry certification within 6 months. Basic Computer skills.

Courier

Responsible to provide a pickup and delivery service of pertinent and timely items i.e. supplies, documents, packages, mail delivery, Lab. Specimens, and other items between departments and other locations.  Courier or delivery experience preferred.  Must maintain a valid NYS driver’s license along with proof of auto insurance if driving his or her private vehicle.

Environmental Tech 1

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.  One to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.  Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean. Wears identification while on duty, uses computerized punch time system correctly. Ability to meet hospital health requirements Professional in attitude, conduct and appearance. Responsible, credible, cooperative, tactful and displays good judgment.

LPN- Renal Dialysis – Batavia and Medina Renal

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. New York State licensure with current registration.   One year experience in acute care nursing, preferred. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology Examinations. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Professional in attitude, conduct, and appearance.  Relates effectively with patients, their families, visitors and other members of the health care team. Ability to accurately follow directions, document care given effectively and to direct care. Responsible, credible, compassionate, and displays good judgment.

LPN – Full time and Part time – Med/Surg

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. New York State Licensure with current registration/permit. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology examination.

Maintenance Helper – Per diem

High School or Trade school diploma. Mechanically inclined. Current  NYS Security Guard License. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Able to work under pressure. Works as a team member possessing tact, discretion, diplomacy and credibility.

Medical Technologist

To be considered for this position, you should have a BS degree in Medical Technology or a Science studies and have valid NYS License for Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Qualified candidate should also have at least 3 years of generalist experience and  ASCP MT certification is preferred. Our seasoned Laboratory Staff is looking for reliable and knowledgeable person who could step in and be part of our Team.

Nutritional Services Aide – Multiple Opportunities

A person trained to receive and process patient tray orders through the assembly and return tray procedure. Reports abnormal situations, poor meal acceptance and uses judgment and communication skills.  Therapeutic diet knowledge is required.

Pharmacy Technician – Per Diem

The pharmacy technician under the supervision of a registered pharmacist shall perform job duties that include filling medication drawers from a fill list, filling new orders, filling floor stock drugs, preparing IV admixtures, conducting patient care unit inspections, ordering drugs from vendors, processing returns, receiving daily drug orders from wholesaler, exchanging medication cart drawers, prepares necessary departmental reports, and other duties assigned by pharmacist.

Radiologic Technologist  –  Part time

Licensed professional responsible for the operation and performance of medical imaging procedures to the patient.  High School graduate or equivalent.  Minimum AAS degree.  Satisfactory completion of formal training in an approved school of radiologic technology.  New York State licensure (or eligible) with current registration/permit.  Maintains current BLS.

Relief Cook – Per Diem

A trained cook who will coordinate, prepare and cook the foods for patients, staff, guest trays. High School graduate (GED) preferred or vocational training or equivalent will be considered. One to two (1-2) years with large volume cooking. ServSafe certification recommended within in 6 months of hire or when class becomes available. Knowledge of terms, large quantity methods. Ability to read, speak and write clearly; does simple mathematics.

Respiratory Therapist – Per Diem

Must be a credentialed RRT or CRTT. Completed AAS in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Must have NBRC credentials. Must be licensed by NYS as a Respiratory Therapist. BLS required ACLS and or PALS recommended.

RN Batavia Renal – Full Time

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. New York State licensure with current registration. Previous hemodialysis experience or at least one year acute/Med Surg care experience.  Passing score on NLN Pharmacology Examinations.

RN Supervisor – Part time

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/BSN preferred. New York State licensure with current registration. Three (3) years of progressive nursing experience, and at least one (1) year with charge responsibilities. Knowledge of new trends and techniques in nursing. Mid-management or other certification preferred/specialty.  Maintains CPR certification. Obtains and maintains ACLS certification, and NRP or PALS certification within six (6) months of placement in this position. Able to show proficiency in telemetry monitoring

RN – Emergency Department – FT, PT, PD 

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. NYS licensure with current registration/permit. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology Examination. BLS and ACLS required and current. One (1) years’ experience in medical/surgical nursing. Certification in ENPC or PALS required within one year of hire. Certification in TNCC-P, ITLS, ATCN or equivalent recommended within one year of hire. Certified Stroke Nurse as evidenced by 8 CMEs within 10 days of hire including the NIHSS Certification (valid for 24 months) and 4 CMEs yearly thereafter.

RN – Med/Surg – FT, PT, PD

Graduate of a accredited school of nursing. New York State licensure with current registration/permit.  Passing score on NLN Pharmacology examination.  Complete Cardiac Arrhythmia Course within 6 months of hire.  Valid BLS.  Basic computer skills.

Social Worker/MSW – Per Deim

Masters degree in Social Work from accredited College of University preferred. Valid certification or licensure by the State of New York. Bachelors degree in social work or related field accepted. Previous experience with counseling and case management in a nursing home setting.
