The Orleans Community Health Foundation is committed to enhancing local healthcare by securing essential funds to support Orleans Community Health and its mission. Our goal is to ensure that friends, family, and neighbors have access to high-quality care close to home.

Founded in 1981 as The Friends of Medina Memorial Hospital, the Foundation began as a community effort to modernize the hospital, so residents wouldn’t need to travel far for quality healthcare. Today, this legacy endures as we fund improvements across all Orleans Community Health sites, including Medina Memorial Hospital, OCH Albion Healthcare Center, and Lake Plains Dialysis Center.

The Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors and managed by an Executive Director. Together, they identify healthcare needs, set fundraising goals, and create impactful events and campaigns to strengthen healthcare services across our community.
