Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit receives Three-Year CARF Accreditation

A Three-Year Accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) was awarded to Orleans Community Health’s Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit.

CARF Accreditation is official recognition that Orleans Community Health’s  Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit is guided by nationally recognized service standards and best practices. For Orleans Community Health to receive a Three-Year Accreditation we put ourselves through a rigorous peer review process and have demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.

CARF accreditation requires a service provider to continually improve quality of service and to focus on the individual needs of the persons they serve.

This Accreditation is a public statement that Orleans Community Health strives to ensure that our services are of the highest possible quality, and that we made a specific commitment to put the needs of our residents at the center of everything we do.
