COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Wellness Programs/Support Groups

Your health means everything.

Community Partners Wellness Center offers a comprehensive variety of health and wellness programs to help you proactively manage your health care and achieve optimal health and quality of life through wellness, fitness, and health education programs. Medical science increasingly shows strong links between lifestyle choices and health. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices for, a lifestyle designed to realize one’s highest potential for wholeness and well-being.  Several community programs are also offered throughout the year, which include our Teddy Bear Clinics and Breakfast with Santa.  Community Partners also takes part in several community events like the Go Red for Women,  Strawberry Festival and the 4H-Fair.

Many Community Partners programs/screenings are FREE. For programs that have a fee, we work it out with people who can’t pay in several different ways.  Here is a brief list of classes/programs we have to offer,  for a complete list of groups, classes and services (including dates/times) call our office or visit our events/calendar page.
