Aide Porter  – Per Deim

Two years of high school minimum, or graduate preferred. Knowledge of terms and able to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to read, speak and write clearly; does simple mathematics. Previous food service work valuable. Presents self-well in public work settings. Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, diplomacy, and credibility.

Clinical Technician 1 – Albion Health Care – Per Diem

Certified Ambulatory Care Technician or equivalent ambulatory care experience. High school graduate or GED diploma. Any other requirements of NYS Department of Health. CPR/BLS maintained annually.

CNA – Part time & Per Diem – Residential Health Care Facility & Med Surg Unit

NYS CNA certification and in good standing. CPR/or certification within 6 months. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Good grooming and professional conduct. Ability to cooperate with others and to accurately follow directions and document care given. Certified Ambulatory Care Technician or equivalent ambulatory care experience High school graduate or GED diploma. Any other requirements of NYS Department of Health. CPR/BLS maintained annually.

Courier – Per Diem

Courier or delivery experience preferred, however not necessary. Must maintain a valid NYS driver’s license along with proof of auto insurance as will be driving his or her private vehicle. Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean. Completes annual educational requirements. Maintains regulatory requirements, including all state, federal, and JCAHO regulations. Maintains and ensures patient confidentiality at all times. Reports to work on time as scheduled.

Helper

High School or Trade School Diploma.  Mechanically inclined. Current NYS Security Guard License. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Professional in attitude, conduct, and appearance. Relates effectively with patients, their families, visitors, and other members of the health care team. Works as a team member possession tact, discretion, diplomacy, and credibility. Demonstrates leadership and teaching abilities. Able to work under pressure.

LPN- Renal Dialysis – Full time & per diem -Batavia and Medina Renal

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. New York State licensure with current registration. One year experience in acute care nursing, preferred. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology Examinations. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Professional in attitude, conduct, and appearance. Relates effectively with patients, their families, visitors and other members of the health care team. Ability to accurately follow directions, document care given effectively and to direct care. Responsible, credible, compassionate, and displays good judgment.

Medical Technologist – Full time – Per Diem

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology.  Completion of 3 years of study in an accredited college plus one year of internship in a medical technology program.  Bachelor’s degree in one of the biological or chemical/physical sciences plus year of pertinent clinical laboratory experience.A person performing the duties of a Medical Technologist since 1961 with either 30 semester hours credit toward a Bachelor’s degree with a science major or 30 credit hours in a school of Medical Technology. New York State Medical Technologist license from the Department of Education

NP – Per diem – Albion Health Center

Graduation from an accredited school of medicine is required. Current license to practice medicine in the State of New York is required. Current DEA license is required. Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Medicaid, Medicare and insurances. Must meet all credentialing requirements as required by Orleans Community Health’s Medical Staff Bylaws. Prefer a minimum of two years as a practicing practitioner.

Phlebotomist/Processor

High school diploma. Reasonable typing skills. Medical terminology a plus. Phlebotomy certification preferred. NYS Driver’s license. Professional in attitude, conduct, and appearance. Relates effectively with patients, their families, visitors and other members of the health care team. Responsible, credible, compassionate and displays good judgment.

Patient Accounts Representative       

Process and manage patient’s accounts for reimbursement. Candidates that have 3-5 years of experience in hospital billing. Must have good communication skills and interact in a professional manner with patients, insurance companies and physician offices. Proficient in typing/keyboarding skills. Ability to meet hospital health requirements. Professional in attitude, conduct and appearance.  Relates effectively with respective departments. Responsible, accurate and displays good judgement

RN – Emergency Department – Full & Part Time

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. NYS licensure with current registration/permit. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology Examination. BLS and ACLS required and current. One (1) years’ experience in medical/surgical nursing. Certification in ENPC or PALS required within one year of hire. Certification in TNCC-P, ITLS, ATCN or equivalent recommended within one year of hire. Certified Stroke Nurse as evidenced by 8 CMEs within 10 days of hire including the NIHSS Certification (valid for 24 months) and 4 CMEs yearly thereafter.

RN – PCU 2 – Part Time & Per Diem – New Graduates Welcome –

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. New York State licensure with current registration/permit. Passing score on NLN Pharmacology examination. RN Supervisor – Part Time

Nursing Administration – RN Supervisor will facilitate delivery of care a appropriate and provides guidance to nursing units. Supervises all hospital activities after Administrator goes off duty, in accordance with her/his delegation of authority and instructions. and responsibilities. Surgical Technologist

High school graduate. Advanced education in surgical technology preferred or another avenue of entry acceptable to Medina Memorial Hospital. Certification Surgical Technologist required.

Ultrasound Technologist – Per Diem

Per Diem -Associate’s degree in a health science area or equivalent combination of experience. Board certification; American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers or equivalent Bachelor’s and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is preferred. Degree in Ultrasound Technology or a related area is desirable.
